Made from Shun's own blend of VG-MAX Stainless Steel and sandwiched with 32 Layers of Damascus. Shun Classic knives are gorgeous to look at and extremely resilient in the kitchen.

The Shun Classic White series retains all of the Shun Classic's quality, performance, and manufacturing process, but this time comes with a bright ash wood-colored handle.
