Shipping Policies:

We try our best to process and ship your order on the same day. In some cases, allow us to process and ship your order within 1-2 days.
We ship all over the UAE. Standard delivery will be 2-4 days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number for your order.
The customer will be responsible to pay for the shipping costs for their Orders/Returns/Exchanges.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

For International shipping, please contact us at: sales@kuto.ae & Provide us with the items you are interested in and your shipping address, and we will provide you a quote for shipping and customs fees.

International orders will be processed and shipped with 1 week, and we will provide the Tracking number and any other information required & requested.

 

Return and Refund Policies:

This return policy applies to all items purchased from KUTO.ae. We would like you to be 100% satisfied with all the products that you purchase from us. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return your item to us within 7 days and receive either a refund or a replacement item.
Before returning any items, please contact us at keisuke@kuto.ae or sales@kuto.ae. Products must be returned within 7 days and with the payment receipt, original packaging (undamaged), unused and in perfect condition. If knives show any sign of use, sharpening, honing, etc they will NOT be accepted for return or exchange. If the original packaging is damaged, the item will NOT be accepted for return or exchange. 
Product returns must be shipped back to our KUTO Shop Address (address below) at your own expense.
