About The Sakai Takayuki Ebony Ginsan Series: This series from Sakai Takayuki is one of the most luxurious and high-performance knives of the brand. The blade is constructed from Ginsan Ko Steel or "Silver Steel", its sharpness and ease of sharpening are similar and almost identical to White Steel, but it has stainless properties so the maintenance is a lot easier. The handle is made from a luxurious Ebony Wood, which is one of the most expensive woods in the world for its density, durability, and aesthetics.
