About Saji: Hand made by Takeshi Saji (from the Takefu Knife Village) a third generation blacksmith and recognized by the Japanese Ministry of Industry as a Master Craftsman, Saji knives are one of the most sought after knives by chefs for their extreme craftsmanship and beauty. Luxurious handles, paired with exotic, hard to craft steels create a limited range of Japanese Knives.

The Rainow Damascus line is one of Saji's most recognizable and renowned work, the "Suminagashi" or Damascus finish has added Copper and Gold to give it that signiture colored waves on the knife. The handle is constructed from a Deer/Stag horn thats hand polished.
