About the Petty: The Petty or "petite" knife comes in a small and convenient size for more delicate work like cutting, or peeling small vegetables and herbs.

About Ultimate Aranami: A newly developed material in which coreless steel VG-10 and VG-2 alternately overlap. Literally, there is no core of the steel, that's why this Mcusta kitchen knife series is called "coreless". Also, the blade patterns are remarkably clearer than on Damascus steel. Aranami means raging waves. Mcusta used the “ocean wave” motif which came from a traditional Japanese painting.
